Our Constitution

Putting Jamaica First to Make Jamaica Win.

Our Constitution Pillars
A Summary

This Constitution is our binding contract with the people of Jamaica. It establishes a movement with a clear, time-bound mission and an unwavering commitment to integrity.

Below is a summary of its key articles. We believe in full transparency and encourage you to review this overview, then download the full document to see the depth of our commitment.

The JFM is built on a non-negotiable foundation.

  • A Singular, Time-Bound Mission: Our primary, unalterable goal is to form a government based on the principle of national unity for a single parliamentary term. The purpose is to dismantle the systems that have held Jamaica back and execute a national reconstruction program.

  • Seven Foundational Goals: We are irrevocably bound to (1) Heal our divided past; (2) Dismantle garrisons; (3) Ensure equal rights and justice; (4) Elevate Jamaica to First-World status; (5) Strengthen family, education, and employment; (6) Establish new moral and governmental foundations; and (7) Cultivate a constructive political culture.

  • Our Core Values: All actions are guided by Faith & Vision, Unity Over Division, Servant Leadership, Unshakable Integrity, and a profound Love of Nation.

  • A Movement of Partners: We use the term "Partner" instead of "member" to reflect a collaborative and non-partisan spirit.

  • A Structure for Accountability & Service: Our organization is designed from the ground up to serve the people and prevent the abuse of power.
